Mike Bridge, Principal Advisor
Mike is the founder and principal advisor of the Alahaka Group.
With a foundation in management consulting and over 20 years of senior executive experience, Mike has led strategy & transformations for companies of all sizes—delivering breakthrough results in challenging markets.
Throughout his career, Mike has guided small and mid-size companies through rapid growth, economic downturns and crises. He's also defined & led complex transformation initiatives across divisions of the largest global enterprises.
Notable achievements include leading the turnaround of a privately-held technology & manufacturing company, and co-founding HP’s consumer direct subsidiary—scaling it from scratch to over $200M in less than 3 years.
Mike specializes in working with owners & leadership teams to co-create strategy while simultaneously strengthening team effectiveness. His experience spans senior roles across sales & marketing, product, technology and operations, giving him a unique ability to ensure the path forward is grounded in reality.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Santa Clara University, and an MBA from the Haas Graduate School of Business at UC Berkeley.
