Through a series of 4-5 focused working sessions over 4 weeks, we'll work with your Leadership Team to co-create your new game plan, tuned to your goals for winning in your defined market. 

We start from the future – what would this look like if we already were there?

We flesh out these game plans to include a clear and compelling reason customers will choose us—how we will solve their problems in some unique way. It’s a clear promise of value to the customer. 

What will we have to look like, what will we have to be able to do differently, in order to deliver on that promise? We’ll work on these ideas until we’re satisfied we know what we’ll have to do to become that company.

We then blueprint the journey, reverse-engineering what has to be true in order to make each of these our reality. We scrutinize the key barriers that might derail us, and the assumptions we are making that must be true. For each of these key pillars, we define tests or investigations to bound our decision with evidence.  This is quite likely the most rigorous examination of strategic decisions you've taken.  

Compressed to 4 weeks by focusing on what matters most.

The end result is a game plan that has the confidence of the entire leadership team—and a clear roadmap for moving forward.

We do a quick pivot to make this new game plan real.

We switch from thinking to doing.

Strategies don’t come to life by talking, but through action.

So we immediately mobilize.

We make a highly visible Pivot to put the strategy in motion and signal to the organization we are on a new path. 

Notably,   the Leadership Team formally commits to the new game plan and initiates the following actions:

• Drafts compelling communication and plan employee all-hands meeting
• Charters 1-2 foundational initiatives to start down the path
• Makes initial budget revisions to reflect the new game plan priorities

We will remain embedded with your team, ranging from 1-2 hours per week up to a couple of days per week, depending on the scope of the change and your needs. Our goal is your success and your independence.
